Key Responsibilities:Client Delivery:Act as the daily contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing queries, and offering recommendations (in consultation with your account lead). Set realistic project timelines and communicate client briefs to team members effectively. Oversee the day-to-day management of your account, which includes coordinating internal team meetings, reviewing content produced by junior team members, delegating tasks, and monitoring the status of jobs across your account. Take ownership of medium-sized client projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards within budgetary constraints and agreed timelines. Demonstrate a clear understanding of client needs, strategies, and brand preferences in all interactions.
