Qualifications

Several years of professional experience in software sales, ideally within Digital Banking or FinTech sectors. Successfully completed commercial training, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. Proven experience in new business development as well as managing existing client accounts. Proficient in closing deals and contract negotiations. Strong understanding of the process and application landscape in banking. Knowledge in online banking, portal solutions, payment processing, and API integration is advantageous. Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Established network in the banking sector at various levels (including C-level executives) is beneficial.

About the job

  • Responsible for acquiring new clients in the German-speaking region, focusing on banks and financial service providers.

  • Manage and expand existing client relationships, primarily in Switzerland and Luxembourg, aimed at revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships with CREALOGIX.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Conduct needs assessments, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts until closure.

  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Project Teams to deliver optimal client solutions.

  • Utilize and maintain the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) for documenting and managing sales activities, including forecasting.

  • Create account plans for existing clients and track the defined activities.

  • Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and client events to nurture networks and generate leads.

  • Apply modern sales methodologies (e.g., PACTT, MEDDIC, Solution Selling).
