Responsible for acquiring new clients in the German-speaking region, focusing on banks and financial service providers.
Manage and expand existing client relationships, primarily in Switzerland and Luxembourg, aimed at revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships with CREALOGIX.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Conduct needs assessments, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts until closure.
Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Project Teams to deliver optimal client solutions.
Utilize and maintain the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) for documenting and managing sales activities, including forecasting.
Create account plans for existing clients and track the defined activities.
Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and client events to nurture networks and generate leads.
Apply modern sales methodologies (e.g., PACTT, MEDDIC, Solution Selling).
