Position Overview:

The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for all account-related activities. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all levels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with VIP players through email, SMS, and chat.

  • Analyze daily gaming experiences and deposit activities of assigned VIP players to identify potential churn risks and address them through established processes.

  • Proactively contact VIP players through various communication channels to maintain engagement, enhance players’ lifetime value, and promote long-term retention.

  • Foster robust, long-lasting relationships with VIP players through regular communications and promotional interactions, ensuring an outstanding user experience and first-contact resolution for any inquiries or issues.

  • Identify and propose players eligible for personalized promotions, ensuring a customized experience for key VIP players.

  • Act as the main point of contact within your clients' organizations.
