Role Overview

The Account Manager leads a team of key account managers, focusing on Slice’s most important shop partners. This position manages a select portfolio of Key Accounts, handling escalations, cancellations, and customer issues directly. The goal: deliver timely, proactive support that goes beyond partner expectations and helps local pizzerias succeed. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure shop partners get what they need.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico. Working hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of key account managers supporting critical shop partners on the Slice platform
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on retention and growth
  • Address escalations, cancellations, and customer concerns with urgency and care
  • Work across departments to ensure partners’ needs are met
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the team and the wider Slice community

About the Team

The Account Management team builds and maintains relationships with key accounts, aiming to deliver excellent customer experiences. Team members are based in Macedonia and across North America. This position reports to the Account Management Team Lead.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years managing enterprise-level clients in a B2B or marketplace setting (restaurant or hospitality sector preferred)
  • Strong record of individual performance
  • Experience overseeing complex, high-value accounts with a focus on retention and growth
  • Ability to handle customer complaints, escalations, and high-stakes situations with calm and clarity
  • Background in mentoring peers, leading projects, sharing best practices, and providing team support
