Position Summary
The Account Manager (AM) is a key role within the Customer Experience team, reporting to the Strategic Accounts Director of their market segment. The AM serves as the primary collaborative point to deliver value to assigned clients. The client portfolio is characterized by low to medium complexity. The AM is responsible for building strong relationships, providing daily support, and offering technical insights to execute an account strategy that maximizes returns for both the client and Steritech.
A core aspect of this role involves orchestrating service implementation, ensuring quality and calibration of site-assessing specialists, adhering to service level agreements, and communicating issues to higher management when needed.
Moreover, the Account Manager must possess a thorough understanding of the brand standards, protocols, and procedures of Steritech, as well as the specific requirements of client brands to ensure high-level service and facilitate excellent communication between Steritech and all tiers of the client organization.
