Job Title: Account Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the client services team, managing single or multiple client accounts. This position collaborates directly with clients to ensure that their goals and objectives are met. The Account Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end campaign process, from inception to completion, and may supervise direct reports within the client services team on a daily basis.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal agency team, ensuring that the brand and medical education strategies are effectively communicated and understood.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of clients' brands, therapeutic areas, and objectives.
- Utilize independent judgment to serve as a bridge between clients and brand/medical education strategies.
- Supervise client services team members and manage day-to-day client service operations to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously, especially under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure quality control across projects, contributing insights on employee performance and agency-related issues.
- Maintain constant communication with all departments to provide necessary project updates.
