Miep Huishoudservice en Begeleiding zoekt een Huishoudelijke Hulp voor Alkmaar. In deze rol draag je bij aan een prettig en veilig thuis voor mensen die het huishouden niet meer alleen kunnen doen. Het aantal uren is flexibel: kies tussen 2 en 24 uur per week, passend bij je eigen agenda. Wat je gaat doen Schoonmaken, stofzuigen en andere huishoudelijke taken uitvoeren bij cliënten thuis. Cliënten actief betrekken bij het huishouden waar dat mogelijk is. Persoonlijke aandacht geven en een luisterend oor bieden. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft het huis van cliënten schoon en aangenaam. Je helpt mensen langer zelfstandig te wonen en maakt dagelijks verschil. Wat wij bieden Flexibele werktijden en dagen, zelf in te delen. Mogelijkheid om extra te werken tijdens vakanties. Salaris volgens cao VVT: vanaf €14,71 tot €17,65 bruto per uur, afhankelijk van ervaring. Vakantiegeld (8%) en eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%), ook maandelijks uit te betalen. Pensioenopbouw. Collectieve zorgverzekering. Reiskostenvergoeding (auto, fiets, brommer of scooter) en vergoeding van reistijd tussen cliënten. Digitaal onboardingsprogramma via de MiepApp met e-learnings.
