Your Responsibilities:

· Conduct operational due diligence for complex transactions such as acquisitions and divestitures, stock offerings, debt raises, and IPOs.

Role overview This position focuses on guiding clients through complex finance change programs. Projects often involve improving financial processes, redesigning operating models, and using data to drive better decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders and hands-on leadership throughout each engagement. What you will do Lead large-scale transformation projects centered on finance change, data-driven improvements, and operational model redesign. Support clients in refining accruals processes, cost allocation approaches, management information (MI), controls, and analytics capabilities. Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
