Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting operations for multiple hospitality clients, including AP, AR, and general ledger management.
- Develop and maintain scalable workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and comprehensive process documentation.
- Mentor and support the accounting team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise daily accounting activities and address complex or escalated matters.
- Facilitate bookkeeping and month-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial records.
- Resolve accounting or operational challenges with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with leadership to design future team structures and scaling strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with U. S. vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions.
