This pivotal role involves cultivating strategic partnerships, spearheading collaborative go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue growth via channel partners and system integrators.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement the APJ partner strategy in alignment with global objectives.Identify, onboard, and nurture high-impact partners, including resellers, system integrators, and OEMs.Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and executives from partner organizations.Go-To-Market Execution:Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans.Explore co-selling opportunities and drive pipeline creation.Equip partners through training, certifications, and sales enablement tools.Revenue Growth:Own and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.Monitor pipeline progress, forecasts, and partner performance metrics.Lead deal registration processes and channel engagement initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support.Assist in regional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives targeted at partners.Provide field feedback to refine product offerings and strategy.Partner Enablement:Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs and continuous training for partners.Ensure partners are well-equipped to effectively position and sell MinIO solutions.Support technical enablement in partnership with solutions engineering teams.
