We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant specializing in Accounts Payable & Receivable to join our team at a prestigious branded hotel in Ealing. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing cost control measures and optimizing purchasing practices across all departments.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire Accounts Payable process, including raising purchase orders, matching authorized receiving records, and processing supplier invoices.
- Preparing monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and proposing the monthly payment runs, addressing all related queries efficiently.
- Collaborating with Heads of Departments to ensure all expenditures align with budget guidelines.
- Generating insightful monthly cost analysis reports for the Management Team.
