Main Responsibilities

Process purchase invoices: review, process, and post with accuracy.
Execute supplier payments: ensure timely and correct payments.
Manage vendor accounts: reconcile and maintain supplier ledgers.
Reconcile intercompany transactions for accuracy.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
Generate monthly financial reports for management.
