Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable & BillingGenerate, issue, and track customer invoices promptly and accurately. Monitor accounts receivable to ensure collections align with company credit terms. Maintain and reconcile customer account records, addressing discrepancies or disputes as necessary. Manage overdue accounts and escalate issues to management when appropriate. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly reports on outstanding receivables. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables. Provide insights for management reports, KPIs, and cash flow forecasts. Customer Relationship ManagementAct as the primary contact for customers concerning billing and payment inquiries. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations) to resolve billing issues efficiently. Process Improvement & ComplianceIdentify opportunities for process enhancements and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Role overview

The Accounts Receivable Assistant will join the finance team in Dublin, working 40 hours per week in a hybrid arrangement. This position focuses on managing accounts receivable processes and supporting the organization’s financial stability.
