As an Accounts Receivable Claims Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of claims submitted by our customers. Your responsibilities will include thoroughly reviewing claims, investigating their validity, determining appropriate settlement amounts, and maintaining comprehensive records. You will also keep open lines of communication with your team lead for approvals and clarifications.
