We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to become an Activity Leader with Fit For Sport in our extended school provisions located in Barnes, South West London. Our mission is to inspire and motivate children to engage in fun, active lifestyles. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently plan and deliver engaging programs and activities using Fit For Sport systems and materials
• Inspire and motivate children aged 4 to 12 years
• Communicate effectively with parents and teachers about children's progress and ensure exceptional service delivery
• Monitor the health and safety of children, providing care during meal times and activities
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures across the team and site

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in working with children in a school or leisure centre setting
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Level 3 qualification in Child Care (various routes accepted)
• Valid DBS check required (can be obtained upon successful application)
