Your Responsibilities
Coordination and processing of inquiries related to buildings, premises, and infrastructure
Collaboration with external service providers and internal departments for optimal site management, maintenance, and updating of location-related documentation
Organization and management of professional literature, memberships: ordering, recording, and managing of textbooks, journals, and other relevant media, administration and monitoring of memberships in professional associations and organizations
Creation and maintenance of inventory lists using internal software, support for new purchases
Assistance with the preparation and follow-up of meetings and discussions
General organizational tasks to ensure a smooth daily workflow
Participation in projects and special tasks in the administrative area
