We are seeking a dedicated Administration Team Leader to oversee our housing facilities and ensure regular maintenance is performed efficiently. You will be responsible for organizing fair staff allocation within accommodations and promptly addressing workers’ welfare needs.
In this role, you will monitor the daily delivery and quality of meals, ensuring that all staff transportation is safe and regular.
Your responsibilities will include tracking daily administrative expenses and preparing detailed periodic reports for the Administration Manager. You will lead and supervise a large administrative team of approximately 53 staff members across housing, catering, transportation, cleaning, and general services.
Additionally, you will organize work schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor the performance of all administrative staff, ensuring the smooth provision of services for 500–800 workers (with expected growth due to farm expansion). You will also monitor housing, catering, and transport expenses against the allocated budget while implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in supporting employee satisfaction by ensuring safe housing, quality catering, and reliable services. Regular detailed reports will be provided to the Administration Manager to keep them informed of all activities within your team.
