Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients while handling essential administrative functions. Responsibilities include collecting co-pays, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and offering support to clinicians and special projects as assigned.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Compensation Disclosure
- Starting hourly wage for the Administrative Assistant position ranges from $18.00 to $22.00.
Final compensation will be determined based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
How Administrative Assistants Empower Recovery
- Assist clients with their scheduling requirements
- Manage incoming phone calls, problem-solving, and follow-up
- Support provider scheduling: blocking off PTO, adding meetings, adjusting schedules, etc.
- Maintain the accuracy of program and staff schedules through daily checks and conflict resolution
