A new opportunity has arisen in our People department for the position of Administrative Management Intern.
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Management Intern is to ensure the smooth operation of the human resources department: preparation of declarations to social organizations, drafting employment contracts, administrative follow-up on personnel files (contracts, leaves), and updating administrative and social procedures.
You will support the entire HR team under the supervision of the Administration Manager.
Your area of action will be Eurostar Group in France for contracted personnel and those on loan.
This position is based in our office in Paris 9th.
