Position: Admissions Manager

Position Objective:
Guide prospective students through their decision-making process from initial contact to enrollment. The Admissions Manager is responsible for engaging with potential new students, providing information about programs, coordinating campus tours, and ensuring a supportive, empathetic, and conversion-oriented experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Conduct and receive calls with interested leads regarding programs, courses, and bootcamps.
Coordinate and conduct in-person campus tours.
Qualify and log leads in Google Sheets and CRM.
Follow up until enrollment closure.
Keep sales reports updated.
Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance the acquisition funnel.
Candidate Profile:
Education in marketing, communication, customer service, sales, or related fields (not mandatory).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic, proactive attitude with a passion for education.
Ability to persuade and build trust.
Previous experience in sales or admissions (preferred).
Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace.
