Your mission will involve driving improvements in manufacturing performance, balancing production lines, optimizing the supply chain, defining essential tools, and deploying detailed engineering solutions.
This position serves as the primary operational interface with our client while coordinating a diverse international team of engineers. It requires extensive expertise in aerospace manufacturing, structured project governance, and executive-level stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Leadership and Front Office Representation
- Act as the main point of contact between SEGULA and our client.
- Lead regular governance routines (weekly technical reviews, project kick-off meetings, etc.).
- Ensure complete transparency regarding scope, schedule, risks, and performance indicators.
2. Program Management and Governance
- Lead the program through all defined phases, from diagnostics to deployment preparation.
- Manage scope, schedule, costs, and quality objectives.
- Track progress against key milestones and ensure deliverable acceptance.
- Implement structured project management practices aligned with aerospace quality standards.
3. Technical Coordination and Industrial Oversight
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee manufacturing performance initiatives, including production flow mapping, line balancing, workload optimization, validation of standard times, and quality control optimization.
- Ensure integration among engineering, operations, tooling, and supply chain strategies.
- Validate technical deliverables before submission to the client.
4. Performance Acceleration and Improvement
- Support the industrial acceleration strategy aligned with production cadence objectives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators.
- Ensure readiness for deployment, training, and sustainable performance.
5. Financial and Resource Management
- Monitor the project budget and resource allocation.
