Qualifications

Desired Profile:Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace quality. Strong proficiency in quality tools: 8D, FMEA, FAI, QRQC. Knowledge of aerospace standards (EN 9100, customer requirements). Solid project management and client relationship skills. Detail-oriented, autonomous, and possess excellent communication abilities. Fluency in French and English.

As part of the expansion of our aerospace operations, we are looking for a talented Aerospace Quality Engineer (M/F) to engage in highly regulated industrial projects, directly interfacing with clients and operational teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead product and process quality initiatives within aerospace activities.
Analyze non-conformities, establish, implement, and monitor corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and aerospace quality standards (ISO 9001 / EN 9100).
Participate in product and process validation activities (FAI, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis).
Train and support production and quality control teams on quality tools and methodologies.
Act as the primary contact for the client on quality topics, audits, and quality reviews.
Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives and reliability of deliverables.
Ensure adherence to FOD requirements and specific aerospace quality procedures.
