Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) - Concierge Med Spa

This position allows you to deliver transformative treatments such as Botox, microneedling, chemical peels, and personalized at-home facials directly in the comfort of your clients' homes.

We handle everything from malpractice insurance and marketing to technology and ongoing support, allowing you to focus on enhancing your clients' confidence and well-being. Your Responsibilities:
- Administer safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including Botox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials
- Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
- Participate in comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
- Attract clients through Pinch marketing and your personal network
- Set your own appointment availability, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
- Manage products and supplies efficiently
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Adhere to Pinch protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for unified support
- Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, conduct patient outreach, and grow your business
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Active APRN license in Michigan is mandatory
- Certification in injectables or readiness to achieve the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
- A passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients feel their best
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your practice flexibly
- Preferred: Previous aesthetics experience, an existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more
