The Affiliate Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring client success and campaign excellence within our brand partnerships. Acting as the main point of contact between brands and our internal teams, you will facilitate smooth onboarding, strategic execution, and exceptional support that surpasses client expectations. By handling everything from tracking and reporting to managing paid placements and optimizing performance, you will directly influence client satisfaction and revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Work closely with clients and internal sales teams to design and enhance campaign strategies that align with performance objectives.
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations based on performance trends and industry benchmarks.
- Enhance affiliate marketing initiatives by analyzing campaign results and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
Technical / Execution
- Oversee the execution of affiliate onboarding, including commission updates, management of tracking links, and accuracy audits of brand cards.
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid placements, ensuring timely asset submission and seamless delivery.
