In today’s dynamic retail landscape, authentic communication plays a crucial role in fostering trust, aligning our teams, and enhancing the impact of our efforts on both internal and external audiences.
We are seeking to welcome an experienced Affiliate Marketing Executive who will take charge of the daily management of our affiliate programs, nurturing various publisher relationships, expanding the channel, and providing support to the Affiliate Manager.
This position will be based out of our central office in Manchester.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the affiliate marketing budget, focusing on ROIs and KPIs.
- Develop initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers.
- Engage in outreach for new partnerships and plan campaigns quarterly.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics against KPIs and ROI, providing optimization suggestions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, and internal stakeholders to elevate brand awareness and enhance channel performance.
- Proactively recruit publishers and collaborate with the affiliate network to ensure continuous onboarding of new partners.
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, implementing necessary actions with support from the network.
- Perform regular quality control and auditing of digital partners.
- Assist the Affiliate Manager in vetting partnerships and managing approvals for new partner integrations into our programs.
