Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in managing Affiliate Marketing networks. Familiarity with ad-serving technologies and hands-on experience in campaign management. Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to Affiliate marketing. Exceptional time management and project management capabilities. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is an advantage. Genuine enthusiasm for BLING’s product - we want someone who shares our passion for what we do!

Join Our Team as an Affiliate Marketing Manager!

At Bling, you will spearhead the development and launch of our innovative Affiliate Marketing program. We are looking for a dynamic leader who excels in establishing strategic partnerships and driving performance. In this role, you will:

Craft and implement the strategic vision and business model for the Bling Affiliate program.
Collaborate closely with our creative studio to establish a compelling branding identity for our Affiliate initiatives.
Identify, recruit, and engage new Affiliate partners while effectively pitching our program to them.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing Affiliates, aiming to enhance their performance with Bling.
Negotiate and assess Affiliate advertising agreements to ensure mutual success.
Work alongside the art department, product, data, and growth teams to design and launch innovative Affiliate campaigns.
Analyze performance data and insights through reports to optimize Bling User Growth strategies.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive Affiliate programs within the region.
