Job Overview:

We are seeking an Affiliate Outreach and Onboarding Specialist to spearhead affiliate recruitment, activation, and creator strategy within TikTok Shop for our client. This pivotal role will drive the creation of high-volume shoppable content, manage partnerships with creators, and enhance affiliate performance, contributing to sustained GMV growth and the expansion of live shopping initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Recruitment & Activation:

  • Actively recruit and onboard affiliates that align with our brand's positioning and performance objectives through proactive outreach and Target Plan initiatives.

Monthly Output Commitments:

  • Ensure a minimum of 50 shoppable affiliate videos are produced monthly, linked to the Brand’s TikTok Shop listings.
  • Dispatch at least 10,000 outreach messages monthly, adhering to TikTok Seller Center limits during the specified period.
  • If platform restrictions arise, document and deploy the maximum outreach volume permitted.

Affiliate Communication & Support:

  • Respond to affiliate inquiries within 48 hours, directing commission payout questions to TikTok Seller Center support.

Content Management:

  • Continuously monitor affiliate posting activity and implement re-engagement strategies to maintain or exceed monthly shoppable video production targets.

Performance Optimization:

  • Identify high-performing affiliates and apply targeted optimization strategies, including commission incentives and promotional alignments, to enhance overall program contributions.

Creator Management:

Strategy & Oversight:

  • Lead the strategy for engaging top creators (L3+ and above) for shoppable short-form content and livestreams, encompassing creator identification, outreach, negotiation, and deliverable coordination.

Research & Targeting:

  • Conduct monthly research to identify top creators within the Brand’s category who have demonstrated significant TikTok Shop performance, particularly those with proven GMV generation.
