Role overview The Evening Shift Licensed Technician Team Lead position is based at Clutch’s reconditioning facility in Mississauga, Ontario. The shift schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Main responsibilities Manage the workflow: Oversee each stage of the reconditioning pipeline, including Inspection, Mechanical, Bodyshop, Detail, Quality Control, and Merchandising. Hands-on technical execution: Perform inspections, complete repairs, and provide technical support as needed on the shop floor.
