THE ROLE

At Tapcart, our agency partners are more than just referral sources; they are pivotal in establishing service lines on our platform, co-selling alongside our team, and influencing the adoption of mobile app technology within the Shopify ecosystem.

We are searching for Agency Partner Managers who possess product expertise, a strong curiosity for technology, and a commitment to commercial success. This role is hands-on, perfect for individuals who are eager to teach, lead, and execute alongside top-tier agencies.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Quickly gain in-depth knowledge of the Tapcart product and leverage that expertise to guide partners towards effective messaging, skill development, and service opportunities.

  • Adopt a proactive approach by providing partners with a clear, strategic roadmap to success, informed by market demands and effective practices across the ecosystem.

  • Engage extensively within each agency, fostering relationships with leadership, sales, delivery, and marketing teams to enhance comprehensive partner engagement.

  • Collaborate with partners on monetizing services built around Tapcart, including implementation strategies, retention tactics, and best practices for mobile applications.

  • Execute thoughtfully and strategically , encompassing account mapping, co-selling initiatives, go-to-market campaigns, and partner-led activations.

WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years in roles such as partnerships, sales, solutions consulting, or other go-to-market functions requiring deep product understanding.

  • Demonstrated success in driving partner-led or partner-influenced sales pipelines through strategic execution.

  • Comfort in navigating technical discussions; while not a developer, you should be able to articulate product architecture and integration processes.
