THE ROLE:
The Agent Product Manager plays a pivotal role bridging the gap between our valued customers and innovative product solutions. You will collaborate closely with enterprise Life Sciences clients to pinpoint impactful AI use cases, convert them into actionable solutions on the Valkai platform, and propel measurable adoption and expansion following the sale.
This position is ideal for experienced product managers, consultants, or operators with exceptional problem-solving skills who are eager to engage with product development, accelerate processes, and witness the tangible results of their efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of AI implementations with enterprise Life Sciences clients, from aligning initial value propositions to fostering ongoing adoption and growth.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a strategic partner to customer sponsors, ensuring project momentum, resolving challenges, and aligning efforts with agreed-upon ROI metrics.
- Leading initial deployments and pilot projects, working directly within the platform to configure Assistants and Agents that provide significant value.
- Collaborating hands-on to configure Agents that deliver measurable benefits for customers.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to customer leads, guiding their AI strategy in regulated environments, including change management, adoption risks, and governance considerations.
- Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable roadmap insights and enhance platform usability for enterprise users.
- Creating repeatable playbooks, case studies, and internal best practices to facilitate the scaling of successful deployments across various accounts.
- Assisting in Agent builds by collaborating with customers to define specifications, test outputs, and confirm success criteria before broader implementation.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion based on usage analysis, new workflows, or adjacent teams, and collaborating with Leadership to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Navigating ambiguous customer environments and translating broad objectives into concrete, actionable plans.
