Qualifications
Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe) are a plus.
