Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor individuals and teams in cultivating an agile mindset as part of a cultural transformation.
- Support teams in implementing agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly emphasizing Scrum practices.
- Enhance Engineering and Product team capabilities in release planning, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration and delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and promote continuous reflection for team improvement, fostering effective collaboration and quality practices.
- Manage relationships between lines of business (LOB) and the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE), focusing on business development and alignment with leadership needs.
- Assist in onboarding new groups into the agile transformation process, providing presentations and advocating for agile practices.
- Introduce appropriate Agile methodologies to optimize product delivery processes.
- Advocate for top-down support for agile culture and values to maximize outcomes from agile practices.
- Share experiences and ensure best practices are adopted while recommending areas for process improvement.
- Oversee the cohesive objectives of initiatives involving multiple agile teams and drive initiative performance.
- Evaluate emerging trends and best practices, assessing their implications for business unit strategy.
