The ideal candidate will not only exhibit a strong Agile mindset but also possess a genuine enthusiasm for cultivating an Agile culture. You will play a pivotal role in coaching, guiding, and empowering executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Agile transformation across multiple teams, ensuring the successful execution of large-scale strategic system development projects.
- Organize and facilitate workshops to introduce new teams to Agile and Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, and their respective roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and deliver Agile Training to government stakeholders and contractors, focusing on agency-specific Agile processes, tools, and policies.
- Assist teams in sprint planning and execution, providing ongoing coaching support to newly formed Agile teams throughout multiple iterations.
- Offer supplementary coaching to teams that have adopted Agile practices but require help in refining their processes.
- Deliver hands-on mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and members of both new and established Agile teams.
- Support teams in setting up their boards, automating workflows, and generating automated reports. Help organizations define, prioritize, and break down requirements for Product and Program Backlogs.
- Maintain and evolve the Agile Maturity Assessment model, evaluate team performance and Agile maturity, and communicate findings effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback on processes, policies, training, and tooling to enhance the enterprise’s Agile transformation efforts.
- Coordinate cross-team planning initiatives to align goals and strategies.
