Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Agile transformation across multiple teams at both the team and program levels, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale system development projects.- Facilitate workshops to introduce Agile and Lean principles, Scrum, Kanban, and the roles and responsibilities of individuals and teams.- Design and deliver Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors on Agile processes, tools, and policies.- Assist teams with sprint planning, implementation, and provide ongoing coaching support for Agile teams through multiple iterations.- Offer ad hoc coaching to teams that have already implemented Agile but require assistance in refining their processes.- Provide hands-on mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members of both new and existing Agile teams.- Help teams establish their boards, automate workflows, and generate automated reports. Guide organizations in defining, prioritizing, and breaking down requirements within Product and Program Backlogs.- Develop and maintain the Agile Maturity Assessment model, evaluate team performance and Agile maturity, and communicate findings effectively.- Offer constructive feedback on processes, policies, procedures, training, and tools to enhance the enterprise's Agile transformation.
