Intermediate Agile Coaching Consultant Requirements:Must possess Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit. Ability to communicate fluently in French (both spoken and written). Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in IT. Hold one of the following certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Certified SAFe Consultant (SPC). Have implemented agile practices for at least 330 days in the last five (5) years within an organization of at least 240 employees, with at least 100 days focusing on SAFe framework. Participated in the initiation of at least one (1) SAFe train, whether as a pilot, consultant, or leader. Experience in:Training and coaching agile teams. Establishing and tracking agile metrics to optimize team performance. Project architecture and scope breakdown in an agile manner. Facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops. Applying Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies. Utilizing DevOps concepts. Senior Agile Coaching Consultant Requirements:Hold one of the following certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Certified SAFe Consultant (SPC). Have provided coaching for agile practices for at least 550 days in the last five (5) years across at least three (3) distinct mandates within organizations of a minimum of 240 employees.
