Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesLead the development of our autonomous penetration testing tool, enhancing cybersecurity measures. Create comprehensive agentic workflows to perform end-to-end application penetration tests. Benchmark and refine results to improve functionality. Offer technical assistance to penetration testing teams utilizing the tool. RequirementsTechnical or university qualification in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience is acceptable. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Python 3 product development. Familiarity with at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) or similar orchestration methodologies. Proficient understanding of key agentic components such as memory management, prompting, tool design, RAG fundamentals, and prompt injection defenses. Experience in evaluating agents through benchmarks and success metrics. Desirable KnowledgeBackground in offensive security, including familiarity with common vulnerabilities and experience in web and mobile app testing. Proficiency with tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nuclei, sqlmap, and nmap.
