Position Overview
As an AI Associate, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, engaging directly with clients to tackle complex legal challenges at scale. You will gain a deep understanding of each client's context, develop AI agents that perform critical legal tasks, and transform complex analyses into actionable solutions that have a direct impact on outcomes. As part of the AI Deployment team, you will work in lean teams with a high level of autonomy, focusing entirely on results.
Key Responsibilities
Analysis and Diagnosis: Analyze legal and operational outcomes, identify patterns, and define improvement opportunities that directly impact the business.
Development: Develop AI agents that enhance our clients' success rates in the judiciary.
Experimentation: Explore new approaches, data, and integrations, building MVPs to validate hypotheses directly in the client environment.
Continuous Evolution: Monitor implemented solutions, track performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
