ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic AI & Automation Engineer to spearhead intelligent automation initiatives throughout our business and operational processes. By harnessing the power of AI, data analytics, and modern automation tools, this role aims to minimize manual tasks, enhance decision-making capabilities, and boost operational efficiency.
Your collaboration with operations, product, and technology teams will be vital in identifying automation prospects, constructing AI-driven workflows, and transitioning successful pilot projects into scalable, production-ready solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- AI-Driven Automation & Process Optimisation:
- Identify, design, and develop scalable AI-driven automation and machine learning (ML) models to streamline and enhance operational processes and workflows.
- Construct and maintain automation workflows utilizing RPA, APIs, open-source scripts, and low-code platforms to improve operational efficiency and performance.
- Implement AI/ML techniques for automation use cases such as OCR, classification, prediction, anomaly detection, and decision support to reduce manual intervention and increase accuracy.
- Collaborate across teams to redesign and integrate AI/ML solutions into existing workflows and systems.
- Engage in data pre-processing and model evaluation to ensure robust and effective solutions.
