This dynamic position requires a quick understanding of our business operations spanning sales, customer service, supply chain, and finance, enabling you to pinpoint areas for AI-driven efficiency improvements.
In this role, you will not only strategize but also create and deploy tangible solutions that directly contribute to enhanced operational effectiveness and measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly acquire knowledge of business operations across various departments
- Identify manual processes and high-impact opportunities for AI integration
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions across sales, customer service, operations, and reporting
- Streamline workflows for prospecting, follow-ups, ticket routing, reporting, and internal processes
- Develop automation solutions utilizing tools such as CRM, ERP, and support platforms
- Generate dashboards and business intelligence insights for improved decision-making
- Encourage adoption of AI tools among teams, ensuring practical usage
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine solutions based on ongoing feedback
- Oversee the execution process from problem identification through to solution delivery
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in AI, automation, or process improvement roles
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing AI or automation solutions in a business context
- Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, APIs, Zapier, Make, or similar technologies
- Experience with business systems including CRM, ERP, or customer support platforms
- Exceptional ability to recognize inefficiencies and translate them into actionable solutions
- Proven track record of swift execution and delivering measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with NetSuite, HubSpot, Zendesk, EZ Stock, Power BI, or Microsoft 365
- Background in operations, business intelligence, or process optimization
- Understanding of sales, customer service, or supply chain workflows
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or project-based settings
