distro seeks an AI Automation Specialist based in Argentina. This role centers on designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation across the organization. The work blends artificial intelligence, business automation, and governance, aiming to improve efficiency through AI-driven agents and Microsoft automation tools. Success depends on translating complex business needs into scalable, compliant automation systems.
What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions and autonomous agents for research, data processing, repetitive tasks, and decision support.
- Develop and manage orchestration of AI agents using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
- Create, optimize, and maintain automation workflows with Microsoft Power Automate, both cloud and desktop versions.
- Integrate automation with Microsoft 365 apps, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Dataverse.
- Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Azure services like Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Services.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
- Design and implement workflows with the Anthropic Claude API, including prompt engineering and tool use.
- Ensure all automation aligns with data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT Security teams to manage AI-related risks.
- Document workflows, system integrations, and AI behaviors for audits and internal knowledge sharing.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure automation results, efficiency gains, and compliance impact.
