Role overview
The AI Content Specialist joins the Customer Success team in Mexico during a time of transformation. This role focuses on modernizing how content is created and delivered to customers, moving away from manual content migration to a process driven by AI and automation.
What you will do
- Use AI agents, large language models, and automation to create and organize content for customers in a fraction of the traditional time.
- Scrape customer websites, convert documents, audit content libraries, and build structured Spekit organizations quickly and efficiently.
- Oversee the content creation process, ensuring all outputs meet high standards for structure, writing quality, and visual appeal.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Solutions teams to support new customer implementations, turning raw materials into polished Spekit experiences.
