Key Responsibilities:

• Agent-Driven Development: Manage end-to-end delivery workflows using AI coding agents as your core development strategy. Define requirements, establish acceptance criteria, implement via agents, validate through testing, and prepare for review/merge.

• Full-Stack Engineering: Develop and maintain features encompassing Django REST APIs, PostgreSQL data models, and React UI components for our Service Delivery platforms.

• Contextual Engineering: Oversee the “knowledge layer” essential for AI agents' effectiveness in our codebase, create CLAUDE.md files, system prompts, and context documentation that instruct agents on our architecture and business rules.

• Accelerated Delivery: Deploy production features utilizing AI-enhanced workflows. Refactor, migrate, and modernize existing codebases with agent support. Automate routine engineering tasks.
