Key Responsibilities:Research and identify new business opportunities across targeted markets (Europe, MENA, KSA)Qualify inbound leads and perform outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other channelsUtilize AI tools to personalize outreach, expedite research, and enhance pipeline qualityAssist the Business Development team in crafting proposals, capability presentations, and tender responsesCoordinate introductory calls and discovery meetings, preparing briefs and follow-up materialsMonitor industry trends and client news to refine outreach strategiesCollaborate with the Chief of Staff and Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and campaignsPropose innovative uses of AI to improve Business Development workflows and processesRequirements:Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) – essential1-2 years of experience in a relevant fieldStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with AI tools and digital communication platforms
