At Future Works, we are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented AI-Driven Product Manager who possesses extensive experience in managing the entire product lifecycle for bespoke software solutions. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the comprehensive design and development process of tailored applications, ensuring timely delivery that meets specifications and aligns with our clients' expectations. Your expertise in leading cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle (PDLC) will be crucial in transforming client requirements into impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Roadmap: Establish and implement a product vision focused on AI and customized software, creating a detailed roadmap that aligns with client objectives and Future Works’ benchmarks.
- End-to-End PDLC Management: Direct the entire product development lifecycle, managing the design, development, and deployment phases to deliver high-quality custom applications smoothly.
- Design and Development Coordination: Lead and harmonize design and development teams, ensuring all project phases stay on course and fulfill client expectations regarding functionality, usability, and design.
- AI Integration in Custom Software: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to incorporate AI capabilities, making strategic decisions on areas where AI can enhance custom software applications.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating progress, soliciting feedback, and refining requirements to meet client needs effectively.
- Performance Tracking and Quality Control: Set KPIs and benchmarks, continuously monitoring project progress to ensure high delivery standards and consistent quality.
- Iteration and Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of iteration, leveraging data and feedback to refine PDLC processes and drive innovation in AI-enhanced application development.
