Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of end-to-end product delivery, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Utilize AI tools to support project execution, including task breakdowns, documentation generation, and risk analysis. Contribute actively to product execution, guiding teams to adopt AI-enhanced workflows. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure swift delivery of high-quality products. Facilitate agile iterations, track progress, and assist teams in overcoming obstacles. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on priorities, risks, and progress. Continuously enhance workflows, tools, and development practices to boost efficiency and autonomy. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in product delivery, engineering, or product management. Proficiency in software development, including web, mobile, APIs, and systems. Strong systems-thinking mindset coupled with excellent problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot, integrating them into workflows. Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and drive execution with a strong sense of ownership. Exceptional analytical thinking and a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to align teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted development environments, modern tools such as Notion and Linear, and exposure to UI/UX or system design.
