Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated AI Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will extract valuable insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data, driving strategic and tactical decisions across the organization. Collaborating closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and technology, you will transform data into impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Development & Rollout
- Lead the development and scaling of an internal AI assistant, from limited beta testing to full deployment throughout the organization, including usage tracking, feature innovation, and ongoing enhancements based on user feedback.
- Design and implement essential AI functionalities, including conversational memory, chat history, internet search integration, voice input, image generation, and natural language data querying.
- Integrate telemetry and analytics into AI products to monitor adoption rates, identify drop-off points, and prioritize enhancements based on data-driven evidence.
- Ensure high standards of reliability, response quality, and user experience across all AI products in production.
Agentic AI & Workflow Automation
- Create and establish multi-step agentic AI workflows that automate commercial operations, including task tracking, competitive pricing analysis, campaign performance monitoring, and marketing spend optimization.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces that allow business users to review, approve, or modify AI-generated recommendations prior to execution.
- Construct automated alert systems that deliver AI-driven insights to stakeholders at critical moments.
- Integrate AI agents with internal data platforms, ERP systems, CRM tools, and third-party APIs to ensure optimal data access.
AI Evaluation & Platform Research
- Assess emerging AI platforms and tools against specific business use cases, providing structured evaluations and recommendations for leadership.
- Establish standards for prompt engineering, system prompt versioning, and model evaluation frameworks across all AI products.
