Our solution is not merely an optional tool for small startups; we are actively deploying Flank agents within multinational corporations exceeding 100,000 employees, fully automating workflows that were previously deemed unsolvable. Our agents function continuously, under defined parameters with customer oversight, escalating only exceptions to legal for evaluation. Every action and request is transparent and auditable, assuring customers complete visibility over their automated workforce.
We are on the lookout for a skilled AI Engineer to spearhead our applied AI projects.
In our dynamic startup environment, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and commercial teams to deliver tangible AI solutions , moving beyond mere research experiments.
Your responsibilities will include harnessing emerging technologies alongside a team of legal experts to enhance the intelligence and autonomy of our agents.
This role may involve the creation of an evaluation framework in partnership with our legal team, or developing a hypervisor that governs each aspect of our agentic system, ensuring alignment with best practices in legal AI systems.
