In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven models and algorithms that elevate our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer AI-centric applications, including machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Implement algorithms and models that enhance performance and scalability across diverse platforms.
- Collaborate with data analysts and software engineers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Analyze extensive datasets to extract actionable insights and refine existing AI models.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge AI algorithms and technologies, assessing their relevance to ongoing projects.
- Document processes, methodologies, and technical specifications to ensure seamless knowledge transfer within the team.
- Monitor model performance and iterate on designs based on user feedback and real-world data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI or machine learning positions.
- Proficient programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and/or computer vision is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts in a clear manner.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, deep learning, or advanced statistical methods.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
