Role Overview
As an AI Forward Deployment Engineer at ai&, you will be the foremost technical resource in our customer relationships. You will blend profound platform expertise with the capability to navigate various enterprise environments, discerning their objectives and architecting solutions that leverage ai& infrastructure.
Your work will involve engaging with our most technically demanding clients, including enterprises implementing AI at scale and startups pushing the limits of agent capabilities. You will act as a peer-level technical partner to engineering teams rather than a traditional salesperson. You will oversee the solution architecture from start to finish: comprehending the customer's stack, devising integration designs, orchestrating deployment, and providing ongoing support through production. You will also collaborate with customer ML teams to build distributed inference and compute architectures and troubleshoot latency issues alongside their platform engineers.
This role wields significant influence; the architectures you design will serve as reference models, your feedback will shape our product roadmap, and the trust you cultivate with customers will lay the groundwork for enduring partnerships.
